1. Overview

This website represents the Ukrainian Aeromodeling League (UAL) and provides information about the League, sport, youth programmes, events, membership, partnerships and international cooperation. We aim to collect only information required for communication and operation of the website.

2. Information you provide

When you contact UAL through the contact form, email or phone, we may receive your name, email address, phone number, organisation or club, subject and message, together with any additional information you choose to provide.

3. Technical information

The hosting provider and web server may automatically record standard technical data such as network address, browser type, operating system, request date and time, requested page and server response code. This is commonly required for reliable and secure website operation.

4. Purposes

Information may be used to respond to enquiries, process requests related to membership or partnership, organise programme or event participation, communicate with clubs and mentors, maintain website security and prevent abuse.

5. Contact form

The site is static. In the current version the form prepares an email to [email protected] using the visitor’s email application. If a server-side form service is introduced later, this policy should be updated to identify that service and the information it receives.

6. Embedded video and external media

The website may display video from Google Drive and images loaded from external photography services. When such content loads or you interact with it, the relevant provider may receive technical request data and use its own browser storage or similar technology under its own policy.

7. Browser storage

The website’s own code does not require advertising or marketing cookies for ordinary browsing. Embedded third-party media may use its own technologies, which can be controlled through browser settings where available.

8. Recipients

UAL personnel who need to handle a particular enquiry may access the relevant correspondence. Technical data may be processed by hosting, email and infrastructure providers necessary to operate the site. UAL does not sell visitors’ personal data.

9. Retention

Information is kept only for as long as reasonably required for the purpose of the enquiry, operational needs, record keeping or applicable legal obligations. A one-off question, event application, partnership project and long-term membership may require different retention periods.

10. Security

We aim to limit access, use current software and rely on secure communications where reasonably available. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. If you believe information was disclosed incorrectly, contact us promptly.

11. Your requests

You may ask UAL to clarify, correct or delete information you previously provided where there is no continuing reason to retain it. We may ask for reasonable verification that the request comes from the person concerned.

12. Children

Youth development is a core part of UAL, but the public website is not intended to collect unnecessary personal information directly from children. Participation in specific youth programmes may use separate forms, rules and parent or guardian involvement appropriate to the activity.

13. Changes

This policy may be updated when website functionality, form handling, third-party services or organisational processes change. The current version will be published on this page with an updated date.
